Note: This only applies to Travelers retail agents that have Commercial Lines Performance Plus or FVB incentive agreements. This doesn’t apply to other Travelers Business Insurance compensation programs.

Travelers now includes the business you place with Northland Insurance in your Commercial Lines Performance Plus or FVB calculations as Volume Eligible Premium.
To receive credit for Northland Transportation business placed through general agents, you must provide policy information on this form.

You can report an account policy number only once. You will automatically receive credit for additional premiums or premium adjustments during the reporting calendar year. Additional information to note:

2024 eligible premium is defined as new or renewal written premium (excluding taxes and/or fees) for policies with effective dates in 2024 only.
Submitted eligible premiums will be reported to the Travelers Agency Compensation Unit for inclusion in 2024 Performance Plus or FVB calculations; Northland reserves the right to omit premiums deemed ineligible.
To be eligible, all policies must be submitted no later than 12/31/2024.
